One place instead of five
Sales, stock, finance, HR and everything between them in one system rather than a program per department. Each screen asks only for what its step needs, so the person doing the job stops fighting the tool — and no number is ever typed twice.
Permissions, and a record of every change
Every person sees their own work and no more. Every change is kept with the value it had before and the name of whoever made it, so a wrong figure gets traced instead of argued about.
Approvals that actually stop the work
A request cannot skip its investigation, a contract cannot be issued before it is approved, a review cannot publish itself. The rule lives in the database, so no screen can talk its way past it.
Documents that write themselves
Quotes, contracts, invoices, delivery notes and instalment schedules generated from the same data that produced them — numbered, printable, and identical to what the system says.

Purchase orders, receipts, batches, transfers and treasuries linked end to end, so the cost of a unit reflects every expense that reached it — not the figure on the first invoice.

A full right-to-left flip, not a translated layout — tables, forms and documents all mirror, while numbers, dates and document codes keep their order. On a phone it is the same system, not a reduced copy, and a write made while the network is down reconciles when it returns.

Start from the process, not the screen
We sit with the people doing the job and write down how the work actually moves — not how the manual says it should. What gets built serves that, in your own vocabulary.
A feature is never delivered half-done
Every feature ships whole: interface, API endpoints, database, activity log, permissions, error handling, and both languages. Missing one of those means it is not finished, and it does not go out.
A guide that moves with the system
Every workspace carries a bilingual field guide, updated the moment the screen changes, so a new hire learns the system that exists rather than the one it used to be.
The build does not tolerate silent errors
Type checking, lint rules, tests and a translation-completeness check run before every deployment. Incomplete work never reaches the people using it.
